Judging from her clothing and Mr. Bear's disposition, I'd say that was an interview for an office related job. Perhaps as a secretary for the enterprising company of Honey, Inc.?

That guy hardly looks like a weapons dealer, unless its a shady bear corporation that creates weapons for its malicious shadow war against the arrogant Duck guerrillas, a war known only by the title of "Duck Hunt!"
